How long does shipping take?
Personalized items take 2–4 business days to make plus 2–5 to arrive. Beds, mats and toys ship in 1–3 business days and arrive in 3–7. Each product page shows its time.
Do you ship outside the US?

What photo should I upload for a portrait?
A clear, well-lit photo at your pet's eye level, with the whole face in frame. Phone photos are fine. We send the art for you to approve before printing.
Can I return a personalized item?
If it arrives damaged or we made a mistake, we remake or refund it. We can't take back personalized items for a change of mind.
How do I pick a bed size?
Measure your pet nose to tail while curled up and add 6 inches. Between sizes, size up.
How do I size a collar?
Measure your pet's neck and add two fingers of room.
Can I change my order?
Personalized orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours. Others any time before they ship.
Is there a person I can talk to?
Yes. Our chat assistant handles most questions instantly; ask for a person any time and we'll reply by email within one business day.
