These terms apply when you use nalorio.com or buy from Nalorio. Nalorio is operated by Nalorio LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Nalorio", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout with shipping and any tax. We ship to US addresses only. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a price or product was listed in error, if payment can't be verified, or if we can't make the item.

Your photos and personalization

You confirm that you own the photos and text you upload, or have permission to use them, and that they don't infringe anyone's rights or include unlawful or offensive content.
You keep ownership of your photos. You give Nalorio and our print and service partners a non-exclusive license to store, edit (including AI-assisted portrait styling), and print them only to make, ship and support your order.
We won't use your photos or portrait in marketing unless you give us permission.
We may refuse an order whose content we believe infringes rights or is inappropriate, with a full refund.

Proofs

For portrait products we email a proof before printing. Please check the photo, name and spelling. You can approve it or ask for changes. If we don't hear back within 48 hours, the proof is approved automatically so your order stays on schedule. Because the artwork is created from your photo, colors and details may vary slightly from the screen and from the sample designs shown.

Returns

Personalized items are made for you. See our Refund policy for remakes and refunds.

Site content

Our site content, product designs and branding belong to Nalorio LLC. Don't copy them for commercial use without permission.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
